Most items are made to order and may take up to 16 weeks to ship from the date of purchase. If your item is in stock, it will ship within one calendar week from the date of purchase. However, please do be aware that these are estimates, as our sales volumes can fluctuate.
-
At checkout, you have the option to choose from a range of shipping services to suit your needs. We do, however, strongly recommend selecting insured shipping for high-value items. In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, uninsured shipping will result in the customer bearing responsibility for repair or replacement costs.

Solid gold jewelry is easy to care for and we encourage you to wear it often, if not every day! The more you wear your pieces, the more they will record your daily life. Dings, nicks, and patinas on the surface finish are normal and we like to celebrate their unique beauty. However, understand that certain activities such as gardening can compromise delicate details, prongs, and stones, and wearing jewelry during these activities is not recommended. Furthermore, take care to avoid chlorine and other harsh solvents whilst wearing your special pieces.
Should you feel the need to clean your jewelry, we recommend a gentle scrub with water, unscented, natural dish soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush. Avoid abrasive materials, excessive pressure, and exercise caution around stone settings.
When your jewelry is not being worn, store it in an air-tight container, away from any moisture, and ideally wrapped in a soft, natural-fiber cloth.
-
Semi-fine jewelry is wonderful, but it does require a little extra care as opposed to solid gold jewelry. Here we recommend you remove all pieces prior to showering, swimming, cleaning, or when partaking in activities where exposure to water, body-care products, or chemicals is likely. Such exposure can lead to unwanted patina, alter the appearance of softer stones, and diminish plating over time. Additionally, it is advisable to remove your jewelry prior to engaging in activities such as gardening, working out, etc., as these pursuits can cause damage.
To clean and store semi-fine jewelry, follow the same steps as you would for solid gold jewelry.

We are able to resize some rings, while others we are not. If you are unsure which size to purchase, we recommend visiting your local jewelry shop to be sized prior to placing your order. If you have already purchased your ring and find yourself in need of a re-size, please reach out to us so we can evaluate your situation and see if we are able to accommodate. Re-sizing begins at $150 per piece, and is priced depending on difficulty and materials. Typically we can only accommodate sizing up or down up to one full size.

Sometimes! We evaluate repair on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to accommodate the repair internally, we will try to direct you elsewhere.
We highly encourage insuring all fine jewelry as the customer bears financial responsibility of all potential repair or replacement costs.
